You can see foundation for the North elevator shaft being formed up with the pilings in the middle. The final step before concrete is poured is to install all of the rebar. Since there is so much weight being transferred onto this location there is a lot of rebar and the walls are up to 20” thick in some locations. After it is poured it will have dirt filled in around it and the vertical walls will start to go up.
