  1. Starting in the back of the lobby you can see the elevators, seating area and the mail room. Moving towards the main part of the lobby is the receptionist desk and all glass main entry with revolving door. Past that is the main seating area with many comfortable chairs and couches right in front of the large steel fireplace. Behind the fireplace is the conference room with desks wired for power and data. At the very end of the Lobby is the cafe area, it is surrounded on 3 sides with full height windows and gets a lot of natural light. It is the perfect spot to enjoy a warm beverage and chat with friends. The lobby bathrooms are very modern, they have stainless steel partitions and raised sinks built into the counter top, very cool!

The floor plan pictures are typical for each floor. They include full wall tile in the bathrooms and stone counter tops with large mirrors. The North side of the building has full height windows offering unparalleled views of the city and Port of Seattle. The space is wide open with the bathrooms and elevators in the middle of the floor to give a 360 degree view of downtown, the port, sodo district, Elliot bay and the Olympic Mountains.
