The building exterior is done at this point, all of the major work is being done in the lobby right now. You can see the fireplace and main seating area, the fireplace has been wrapped with steel to give it an industrial look. You will also notice the cafe area, there is a serving counter and seating area also. It is located in a great location as it is on the corner of the building and with all of the windows it gets sun shine all day. the main reception desk is located in front of the all glass front entry, if you look above there is a special light fixture. The light is made out of baseball bats with the bulbs on the end of the bats with a baseball colored half dome in the ceiling as we are next door from the Mariner’s Stadium.
