The first couple pictures give a good profile of the reinforcement process for the building. After a floor is poured all of the material is taken out to be put on the next floor up. There is a certain order that this must happen. There is a thicker section that runs in line with all of the columns and those pieces are flownup first while the columns are being set for that floor also. At this point all of the tables that sat on the scaffolds that were flown up first go up next. After this step no more material can be put on the new deck until more reinforcing scaffolding is put in. If you look in the pictures you will see poles on the completed floors that all line up from floor to floor. This is required as even though concrete is dry it still takes several months to harden and therefore requires additional support, 4 floors below the working floor.
