This sequence of photos shows the entire process of pouring the basement slab of concrete. We first get all of the walls poured and then begin laying rebar for the concrete. There are actually 2 separate slabs in the basement, the bottom slab "seals" up teh area and the slab that is poured on top of that is water proof. Only after both slabs are poured can the deck be built for the next floor.
